There customer service is helpful and there when you need them. They kept good communication throughout the process, as things were tweaked. My only suggestion is to carefully review the sales order that they attach and send to you after they process your order--likely the price will be very different than the "Grand Total" on the web form. Additional fees that were not included in the "Grand Total" on the web form, but were included in the Sales Order (which is emailed in an attachment for you to review and approve): "Embroidery One Time Set-Up Fee" for $25 (which is mentioned during the online form process, but not included for some reason in the "Grand Total". An "Embroidery One Time Set-Up Fee--Large Stitch Fee" for $15, which was unexpected (my logo's width that I chose was 5", but there was no mention of an additional fee for it on the online form). And a "Logo Embroidery Fee-Large Stitch Fee" for $1.25/apron. Therefore the "Grand Total" I saw on the web form was $178, and the Total I received on the Sales Order was $243. There is no reason the web form could not have included all of these fees, and I hope they fix that aspect of their website. That being said, they worked with me to arrange a smaller size for the logo that would not cost extra, and I am very happy with the final product. The logo on the apron looks fantastic! We will be getting more!

These are great, we bought them for a group of moms and kids in our kids cook club. They look great, they wash great ! We all love them.
